A laptop charging locker gives every device its own locked compartment, so each user has a secure, private home for their laptop that charges while it’s stored. Choose a digital code lock, where users set their own code, or a key lock with a key per compartment. It’s built for shared environments where people look after their own device, a 1:1 school, a hot-desk office, a training centre or a sixth form.

What's the difference between a charging locker and a charging cabinet?
A cabinet stores a whole fleet behind one or two doors, managed centrally by IT or a teacher. A locker gives every device its own individually lockable compartment, so each user stores and collects their own laptop without anyone unlocking the whole unit. If you run 1:1 devices, hot-desking or BYOD, the locker’s per-user access is the point. Both charge every device and both carry the lifetime warranty on the unit.

Code lock if you want users to set and reset their own combination, with User, Technician and Master access levels so staff can override when needed, and no keys to lose. Key lock if you’d rather issue a physical key per compartment to an assigned user. Both secure every bay individually with metal doors built to resist tampering. It comes down to how you want to manage access.

Yes, that’s how it works. Each of the 10 or 16 compartments is dedicated to a single device with its own lock and its own power, an AC socket or a USB-C port depending on the model. Users plug in with their own adaptor or cable and lock their own door, while IT keeps a master override.
Each compartment has its own outlet. On AC models, users plug in with their device’s own adaptor, so it takes virtually any laptop. On USB-C models, each bay has a USB-C port delivering up to 65W. Everything charges at once, cables stay inside the compartment, and the whole unit is CE Certified.
Schools running 1:1 devices, sixth forms, hot-desk and shared offices, training centres, and anywhere people are responsible for their own laptop and need a secure place to store and charge it. If your setup is non-standard, LapCabby Projects can build around it.
